Lead the Operations sub-function for Data Annotation Operations / Emerging Technology Enablement (ETE), setting strategy, annual plans, and budgets to improve sub-functional efficiency. Provide sub-functional leadership to a team of managers/professionals and collaborate across HR, Ops Desk, and CRE to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

•Strategize and develop/implement an annual plan for the ETE sub-function, including budget and service improvement aligned to business objectives.
•Provide operational performance reporting by analyzing daily, weekly, and monthly trends and inspecting data accuracy in team reporting.
•Conduct scheduled and random audits to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations; identify opportunities and implement process improvements.
•Provide sub-functional leadership for a team of managers/professionals, including hiring/termination, scheduling adherence, mentoring, performance review, and pay recommendations.
•Maintain organizational partnerships across HR, Ops Desk, and CRE to influence service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
•5 years of relevant experience leading and managing a team.
•Solid functional understanding of labelling/annotation programs, data, and machine learning.
•Strong analytical skills for decision-making.
•Solid experience working in the Financial Services industry.
