Key Responsibilities

  • •Strategize and develop/implement an annual plan for the ETE sub-function, including budget and service improvement aligned to business objectives.
  • •Provide operational performance reporting by analyzing daily, weekly, and monthly trends and inspecting data accuracy in team reporting.
  • •Conduct scheduled and random audits to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations; identify opportunities and implement process improvements.
  • •Provide sub-functional leadership for a team of managers/professionals, including hiring/termination, scheduling adherence, mentoring, performance review, and pay recommendations.
  • •Maintain organizational partnerships across HR, Ops Desk, and CRE to influence service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • •5 years of relevant experience leading and managing a team.
  • •Solid functional understanding of labelling/annotation programs, data, and machine learning.
