Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and own the product design system and set the bar for what gets shipped.
  • •Combine a back-office, front-office, and agent-config tool into one unified product.
  • •Design simple UX for configuring AI agents, monitoring thousands of live calls, and managing workflows.
  • •Create a self-service setup product so customers can run their own agents without weeks of engineering hand-configuration.
  • •Prototype with AI using real working prototypes wired to live data, then ship and iterate quickly.

Key Requirements

  • •Have shipped 0→1 product design work and delivered real, high-craft interfaces (possibly as a founding designer, design lead, or designer who codes).
  • •Build with great taste and can turn fuzzy problems into crisp, shipped interfaces with strong attention to detail.
  • •Use AI to automate and streamline, while maintaining rigorous quality control where AI can be sloppy.
  • •Have experience in desktop web product design and can deliver excellent UX in a B2B context.
  • •Comfort learning a domain quickly (no collections/fintech background required) and designing for enterprise/regulatory users.
