Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the HR Technology demand management process from intake to delivery.
  • •Lead complex, international IT projects from planning through successful delivery.
  • •Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, dependencies, and risks.
  • •Translate the HR Technology roadmap into clear delivery plans and coordinate release and change governance with module owners.
  • •Manage capacity and strategic IT suppliers, including contracts, budgets, performance, and delivery quality, and provide progress updates to senior stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or equivalent qualification in IT, Business Management or a related field.
  • •Around 7 years of project management experience, ideally in an international environment.
  • •Strong experience managing complex IT projects and stakeholders.
  • •Experience with demand, release or change governance.
  • •Good understanding of Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or MS Project; experience with HR Technology/HRIS and SAP SuccessFactors.
