Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead BIM integration across multidisciplinary airport projects, covering terminal buildings, airside, landside, and support facilities.
  • •Develop, implement, and enforce BIM Execution Plans (BEP) aligned with AAI requirements and tender provisions.
  • •Coordinate and integrate BIM models across Civil, Structural, Architectural, MEP, and Systems to ensure clash-free models.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
  • •Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience, including at least 5 years in BIM implementation and coordination on large infrastructure or building projects.
  • •Proven BIM deployment experience for airports, large public infrastructure, or complex building projects.
  • •Strong proficiency in BIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, and BIM 360 / ACC (or equivalent).
