Key Responsibilities

  • •Segregate retail/internal and warranty jobs on job cards.
  • •Complete costing for retail and internal labour/consumables and sublet lines by charge type using menu code and charge type.
  • •Ensure jobs are costed using standard labour operations with appropriate RTS/SLTS codes and that allocated time is charged correctly to maximize profitability.
  • •Record labour, parts, and sublet costs against each repair; ensure internal/service contract charge lines are invoiced.
  • •Escalate excessive non-chargeable allowed time approvals, assist with warranty costing when required, reconcile incentive payments, prepare IPO/LPOs for sublet jobs, and follow up on pending repair orders beyond 30 days while preparing MIS reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate in Commerce.
  • •3–5 years experience in costing in an automotive franchise.
  • •PC literate with good administration skills.
  • •Ability to cost jobs using standard labour operation and appropriate RTS/SLTS codes.
  • •Knowledge of using charge type/menu code to group labour, consumables, and sublet lines.
