Ensure user-generated content meets community guidelines by performing daily quality inspections, audits, and escalations within evaluation projects. Key Responsibilities

•Perform daily operational tasks including quality inspection, guideline/process optimization, queue assignment, and handling escalations.
•Conduct daily audits in an internal system and provide error analysis and feedback to stakeholders (R&D & Product Manager).
•Monitor evaluator quality scores and perform root-cause analysis with the management team.
•Monitor project data, record daily output and quality scores, prepare analysis/reports, and validate reports/data for stakeholders/partners.
•Localize guidelines, design training schedules, deliver training to new joiners, and support product knowledge tests and result analysis.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience.
•Fluency in Spanish and fluent English for communication with Spanish markets and as the working language.
•Work experience in search engines and social media platforms; former experience in search-relevant business.
•Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders.
•Experience with analysis and communication skills with flexibility.
