Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and continuously optimize daily and weekly production schedules based on orders, priorities, worker capacity, equipment capability, and raw material availability.
  • •Identify bottlenecks, capacity overloads, and material shortages, and lead action plans to mitigate risks and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • •Monitor schedule adherence (target vs. actual) and run post-mortems on deviations to refine planning parameters and meet SLA/ETD standards.
  • •Track and analyze production metrics (Service Level, Output, UEE, UPLH) and convert insights into recommendations to improve factory performance.
  • •Coordinate timely material requisitions from the warehouse and monitor weekly/monthly production inventory levels to avoid excesses or shortages.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •1–2 years of hands-on experience in Supply Chain, Material Planning, Production Scheduling, Logistics, or related analytical roles.
  • •Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with high attention to detail.
  • •Proficiency building and maintaining tables, formulas, graphs, queries, and macros; advanced Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets) is preferred.
  • •Practical generative AI literacy (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude) to draft reports, automate workflows, or improve daily planning tasks.
