•Present the agent wallet product, highlighting benefits for agents (additional income) and their clients (financial inclusion).
•Negotiate and onboard new agents, ensuring understanding of offers and contractual terms.
•Maintain strong relationships with assigned agents, ensure clear communication and respond quickly to concerns.
•Conduct regular visits to ensure agent satisfaction and provide ongoing support.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in financial services, telecoms, tobacco, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to build trusting relationships with clients.
•Self-motivated with a conqueror mindset and results orientation.
•Organizational and time-management skills; comfortable with mobile applications.
