Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee regulatory risk initiatives including Regulatory Runway, policy compliance (e.g., Conflict of Interest, Information Control), and AB&C Compliance across IWPB Asia.
  • •Drive implementation of global policies and procedures across ASP markets and provide advisory guidance as a subject matter expert.
  • •Engage key stakeholders (first and second line of defense and Audit) to understand, resolve, and escalate risks/issues.
  • •Manage de-risking program implementation and support special BRR projects to mitigate emerging risks.
  • •Ensure effective monitoring and escalation of current/emerging risk and control environments, including interpreting regulations and rolling out external regulatory changes timely.

  • •Experience in regulatory risk and controls, preferably from Audit, Regulatory Compliance/Financial Crime Risk, or related Business Management roles.
  • •Strong analytical skills to interpret complex regulatory requirements and translate them into business requirements.
  • •Leadership capability to engage and drive progress at multiple levels internally and externally.
  • •Excellent communication skills to summarise complex topics clearly in both writing and verbal communication.
  • •Broad program or cross-market/region project management experience.
