Job Summary

Own the product solution lifecycle for Headspace’s Health Plan partners, defining strategy and roadmap for payer-specific solution packages. Lead technical and operational onboarding, eligibility/SSO/data reporting workflows, and partner configurations using a scalable framework. Partner with Product Science, Clinical, and Data teams to translate clinical impact and ROI (e.g., PHQ/GAD trends) into evidence for renewal. Coordinate across Sales, Customer Success, Clinical, and Engineering, and provide reporting for population health, engagement, and outcomes.

•Serve as product expert for Health Plan requirements, balancing standardized vs. customized features within a scalable configuration framework.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 122,400 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3-5+ years of experience in product management, solutions architecture, program management, or sales engineering in B2B2C, health tech, or payer/provider environments.
•Deep understanding of health plan eligibility systems, HIEs, or clinical data interoperability (e.g., FHIR, HIPAA environments).
•Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional product launches or technical implementations with external stakeholders.
•Ability to translate clinical and engagement data into actionable value narratives for commercial partners.
•Exceptional communication skills to translate technical platform constraints into business-friendly language.
