Deliver and facilitate sales training for store and field teams using a train-the-trainer model. •Deliver and facilitate learning including in-store, webinars, virtual training, podcasts, videos, and at times instructor-led trainings for individuals and groups.
•Facilitate a comprehensive training program covering product knowledge, selling ceremony, fan experience, retail business acumen, retail operations, and leadership development.
•Conduct needs analyses to identify performance-based training opportunities.
•Maintain follow-up after training and hold teams accountable for achieving training objectives and goals.
•Track, report, and evaluate training participation and effectiveness, analyzing KPIs and providing coaching as appropriate.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•Strong facilitation skills and ability to command an audience.
•Retail business acumen.
•Fluency in French and English (required).
