Job Summary

Maintain warehouse operations for shipping/receiving, product storage, and delivery setup. Ensure health and safety compliance, prepare accurate customer orders, and load/unload trucks as needed. Support inventory control by minimizing damage and maintaining correct quantities, organize warehouse bin locations, and deliver customer-focused service. Operate forklift and required warehouse machinery while meeting physical demands such as lifting up to 50 lbs and wearing protective steel-toed boots.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain health and safety compliance; prepare orders by pulling accurate materials for pickup or delivery.
•Maintain inventory controls by minimizing material damage and ensuring order accuracy.
•Organize the warehouse and manage bin locations while promoting customer service standards.
•Load and unload trucks as necessary and support delivery setup.
•Operate a forklift and ensure equipment is maintained to company standards.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma preferred and 1–3 years of experience or more preferred.
•Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with experience executing and delegating as needed.

•Communicate professionally with coworkers and customers, both verbally and in writing.
