Key Responsibilities

•Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations and ensure smooth order fulfilment, packaging, and delivery.
•Coordinate and issue tickets for reporting website bugs, enhancements, and UAT; ensure ongoing customer support availability.
•Analyze data and drive CRM campaigns; set KPIs, create reports, and perform basic web analytics.
•Coordinate with global and APAC e-commerce teams to localize and execute initiatives for the Korean market; manage vendor/agency relationships.
•Prepare operational updates and performance summaries for team leadership and HQ reporting; troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in any field
•8-10 years of E-Commerce experience in FMCG industry
•Experience with aggregator tools (SFSS, EC monitor), Excel (Advanced), Power BI; Google Analytics is a plus
•Advanced English communication; able to participate in global meetings and prepare business emails/reports in English
•Strong leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
