Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive client engagement, retention, and growth strategies, including acquisition, retention, and revenue growth objectives.
  • •Lead client segmentation strategy and periodic portfolio reviews to allocate relationship management resources and tailor engagement approaches.
  • •Champion and deliver the Allianz Commercial value proposition across key client relationships to ensure a consistent, differentiated client experience.
  • •Oversee development and implementation of client-centric solutions aligned with industry needs, business priorities, and risk management objectives.
  • •Provide key account management in Asia: implement client protocol, develop account plans, coordinate reporting and QBRs, and act as KAM for named clients in S.E. Asia.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 7–10 years of experience in industrial or specialty insurance industry in front-line business development.
  • •Proven, long-term relationship building with brokers at peer group level and established presence in the local market.
  • •Demonstrable track record driving organizational change and/or business transformation.
  • •Significant experience working internationally and remotely managing/developing regional teams across multiple locations in a matrix organization.
  • •Completion of professional insurance qualification (e.g., CII) and a degree preferred in Economics, Business Administration, or Law.
