Job Summary

Support the specification and conversion of DEWALT anchors and fasteners across New England as a remote field sales engineer. Build technical relationships with specifying engineering firms, influence designers/architects/engineers through scheduled visits and training seminars, and provide job-site technical support with local sales teams. Help clients using proprietary anchor design software, maintain CRM records, and communicate customer feedback to support future product development. Up to 60% travel is required.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop technical understanding of DEWALT fastening products and how they align with current building codes.
•Establish relationships with specifying engineering firms in the territory and influence designers/architects/engineers to specify fasteners.
•Deliver technical presentations and training seminars for design professionals on product details, performance, and code requirements.
•Provide technical job-site support and assist with sales on specification and conversion with the local sales team.
•Support clients with proprietary technical anchor design software, maintain CRM records, and relay customer feedback for future product development.

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 62,200 - 100,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Science in Civil/Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
•Minimum 2 years’ experience in design engineering, technical support, or technical sales.

•Construction industry or jobsite experience preferred.
•Valid driver’s license.
