Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline and minimum 2 years of relevant experience (payroll, timekeeping, finance, auditing, and/or compliance), or an advanced degree in a related field.
  • •Intermediate MS Word and Excel skills (including VLOOKUP and pivot tables).
  • •Experience supporting operational projects, implementations, or cross-functional initiatives.
  • •Experience with workforce operations, payroll, labor compliance, or timekeeping processes.
  • •Strong analytical and organizational skills, with experience analyzing operational data and reporting trends.
