Job Summary

Support RTX’s Time & Labor Management operations as a developing subject matter expert. Partner with Payroll, HR, Operations, Compliance, and system teams to help execute projects, implementations, audits, escalations, and payroll support. Analyze processes and reporting to identify risks and improvements, assist with labor compliance reviews, and provide training and process documentation. Use Excel, SAP, Power BI, and ServiceNow to drive reconciliation, readiness, deployment support, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

•Support managers with operational initiatives, projects, implementations, and enterprise support activities.
•Partner cross-functionally with Payroll, HR, Operations, Compliance, and system teams to support project execution and operational goals.
•Support workforce operational activities including audits, escalations, payroll support, issue resolution, and operational follow-up.
•Analyze operational processes, reporting trends, and workflows to identify risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
•Create and maintain process documentation and deliver training programs; support reporting and reconciliation activities using relevant systems.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline and minimum 2 years of relevant experience (payroll, timekeeping, finance, auditing, and/or compliance), or an advanced degree in a related field.
•Intermediate MS Word and Excel skills (including VLOOKUP and pivot tables).
•Experience supporting operational projects, implementations, or cross-functional initiatives.
•Experience with workforce operations, payroll, labor compliance, or timekeeping processes.
•Strong analytical and organizational skills, with experience analyzing operational data and reporting trends.
