Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with peers to resolve customer issues with on-site support using technical expertise and diagnosis tools.
  • •Triage issues with direction from Dell support.
  • •Execute the plan of action from Dell Domain Engineer/L3, communicating via Teams, email, and phone.
  • •Document POA results, logs, and service reports including parts numbers/PPID of replaced components to Dell via case email.
  • •Perform component reseating, part swap/replacement, firmware upgrades, and run server testing/validation by capturing and uploading logs.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of professional experience plus an Associate's degree in a technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • •Experience delivering technical Field Services supporting hardware and software at client sites.
  • •Experience in a customer-facing role, including successfully reporting and presenting to all levels of the organization.
  • •Experience working in environments with large, concentrated deployments of assets, including networking and Fiber.
  • •Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs waist high to replace components on the server stacks.
