•Reseat, swap, or replace components and upgrade firmware as needed.
•Run diagnostics and perform sever testing/validation while capturing and uploading logs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 72,000 - 89,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of professional experience, plus an Associate's degree in a technical discipline or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
•Experience delivering technical Field Services supporting hardware and software at client sites.
•Customer-facing experience, including reporting and presenting to all levels of the organization.
•Experience with large, concentrated deployments of assets, including networking and Fiber.
•Ability to lift at least 50 lbs waist high to replace components on server stacks.
