Support mining project delivery by managing cost, schedule, risk, and reporting. Collaborate with Project Managers, engineering and commercial teams to ensure on-time, within-budget performance and governance alignment across AUS mining projects from Bengaluru, India.

Key Responsibilities

•Cost & financial control: manage budgets, forecasts (EAC/ETC), variance analysis and invoicing.
•Planning & scheduling: support MSP/P6 schedules, track progress and critical path.
•Reporting: prepare dashboards, KPIs, and project performance insights.
•Risk & change: maintain risk, issue and change registers, assess impacts.
•Governance: support WBS, baselines, and ensure process compliance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent project management qualification
•PMI CAPM or PMP qualifications preferred
•Relevant domain certifications
•Hands-on experience with project controls tools (cost, schedule, risk)
•Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts and reporting with strong communication skills
