Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with internal central engineering teams and develop new features, integration, bug fixes and productization of the Linux platform driver stack.
  • •Lead Linux Platform Software Driver Development efforts, supporting drivers across GPU, Multimedia, Display, Ethernet, IOMMU as part of the Linux kernel.
  • •Deep involvement with Linux internals, including memory management, scheduler, interrupts, and PCIe/IOMMU related components, and collaboration with firmware and hardware teams.
  • •Engage with upstream Linux Kernel community to develop features and resolve issues; contribute to open-source Linux Kernel driver initiatives.
  • •Maintain high-quality code with strong communication, debugging, and problem-solving skills, and stay updated on industry trends.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in Linux kernel development and kernel-mode drivers (C/C++).
  • •Experience designing, developing, and integrating Linux kernel drivers for PCIe, DMA, and device drivers.
  • •Strong understanding of Linux internals (memory management, scheduling, IPC, interrupts) and multi-core architectures.
  • •Familiarity with embedded systems/hardware integration and collaboration with firmware/hardware teams.
  • •Ability to debug complex Linux OS issues, work across teams, and communicate effectively.
