•Lead BI/analytics solution delivery for US stakeholders, ensuring dashboards, reports, and analyses drive measurable business outcomes.
•Manage and develop the BI/Analytics team and maintain the backlog/roadmap for US demand intake.
•Set solution approach and KPI standards, and govern metrics glossary, visualization standards, and data quality controls.
•Guide solution design in Looker and Qlik Sense, and apply BigQuery best practices for analytics consumption.
•Ensure risk, controls, and accountability through responsible data handling and documentation for audits/controls where relevant.

•Have hands-on experience with Looker and/or Qlik Sense and working knowledge of Google Cloud/BigQuery and SAS.
