Job Summary

Work as a Remote SDET to test and automate quality checks for business-critical applications running on Azure-hosted desktops. You’ll reproduce and troubleshoot defects end-to-end across Windows, desktop configuration, and apps, coordinating fixes with partner teams while communicating updates to users. Own regression and migration validation, write technical notes and structured reports, and confirm end-user functionality on NDS.Next desktops and key business applications.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform application testing, defect reproduction, and regression checks before and after migration.
•Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows, applications, and desktop environment configuration.
•Write clear user updates and technical notes, manage expectations, and drive issue closure.
•Provide structured reporting on assigned workload (status, risks, blockers).
•Execute user migrations using the factory playbook and validate end-user functionality on NDS.Next desktops.

Key Requirements

•5 to 8 years of overall experience with at least 3 years of Windows-based application testing experience.
•Strong familiarity with Windows desktop environments and application behavior.
•QA automation with Selenium and Java knowledge.
•Azure certification and proficiency in cloud application connectivity and access management, including networking concepts.
•Python or Java coding proficiency for automation and diagnostics, plus strong debugging and problem isolation skills.
