Job Summary

Staff Product Manager for the Developer Workflows group within 1Password’s Developer & AI team. Own roadmaps, define strategy, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives for developer-facing tools and Unified Access Management. Key Responsibilities

•Own the roadmap definition, prioritization, and product strategy for the Developer Workflows group, collaborating with engineering, design, and GTM to deliver key components of Unified Access
•Drive weekly, monthly, and quarterly prioritization across the product area, bringing structure and clarity to a high-growth, fast-moving team
•Represent the voice of the customer in discovery, PRDs, PRFAQs, and ongoing feedback loops, ensuring customer needs shape decision-making
•Collaborate with a junior PM and cross-functional teams to raise craft and product thinking across the Developer & AI organization
•Establish and own success metrics for the product area, ensuring ARR contribution and customer impact are central to progress

•8+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a track record of owning developer-facing or platform-oriented products
•Deep understanding of how developers work, the AI space, and security/access challenges in modern engineering environments
•Proven ability to define and execute product roadmaps for complex cross-functional initiatives at a B2B SaaS company
•Experience contributing to cross-company product vision across multiple engineering teams and product areas
•Strong written communication skills and experience producing PRDs, PRFAQs, and structured artifacts
