Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead existing key client relationships.
  • •Create and develop new client and consultant relationships and opportunities in the market.
  • •Grow and develop the cost management team with responsibility for the Canberra senior leadership team.
  • •Take responsibility for your own deliverables and ensure all commitments are completed.
  • •Participate in the development of the business plan and take ownership for delivery of project and overall business targets.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management/Engineering or equivalent.
  • •Good command of written and spoken Japanese and English.
  • •10+ years of hands-on experience in related fields.
  • •Technical knowledge across Cost Management duties such as cost estimates, Bills of Quantities, Value Engineering, tendering and evaluation, contract knowledge, change orders, and final account close-out.
  • •Excellent communication skills for negotiation, with leadership and problem-solving ability; consultancy experience is highly preferred.
