Job Summary

Join the UGG team as a Sales Associate to deliver personalized shopping experiences, communicate the brand’s sustainability and ethical commitments, and work with the store team to meet business goals. Key Responsibilities

•Provide exceptional customer service, listen to customer needs, and offer product recommendations based on knowledge of current inventory.
•Operate cash register and handle money accurately while processing transactions.
•Check inventory daily, ensure products are stocked, and merchandise according to Visual Merchandising standards.
•Maintain clean, organized back-stock and break areas, including routine cleaning tasks.
•Collaborate with team to meet store goals and communicate effectively with customers, teammates, management, and corporate stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 17 hourly

Key Requirements

•Two years of retail store experience preferred.
•High School Diploma.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
•Highly motivated team player and self-starter.
•Flexibility of schedule and hours to meet the needs of the business.
