Job Summary

Lead financial planning and performance management across South Asia, driving the annual operating plan, long-range strategy, and rolling forecasts across multiple markets. Own regional management reporting, month-end cycles, variance analysis, and executive presentations supported by Hyperion Financial Management (HFM). Partner with regional leadership on commercial initiatives, scenario modeling, feasibility assessments, and working-capital visibility while coordinating with global FP&A and mentoring a regional team.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead regional Annual Operating Plan (AOP), long-term strategic plan, and rolling forecast processes across multiple markets and business units.
•Oversee regional management reporting, MIS, financial performance reviews, and variance analysis with KPI-based insights for leadership.
•Manage month-end performance reporting cycle, coordinate through HFM, and prepare executive financial presentations.
•Serve as a strategic finance partner by conducting financial analysis, scenario modeling, and feasibility assessments for business decisions and risk mitigation.
•Lead and mentor the regional FP&A team while coordinating with global and site FP&A teams to align assumptions and performance management.
•Drive process excellence by standardizing FP&A processes and championing automation, AI, and business intelligence tools for reporting and decision support.

Key Requirements

•Professional finance qualification such as CA or MBA with substantial FP&A or finance leadership experience.
•8-12 years of experience with strong background in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning in a multinational environment.
•Translate financial data into actionable insights for strategic and operational decision-making.
•Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills across regional leadership, business units, and global finance teams.
•Experience leading and developing FP&A teams across multiple locations, with exposure to executive leadership and board reporting environments.
