Key Responsibilities

  • •Use provided systems and tools for production line scheduling and dispatch, improving efficiency and machine utilization for PWF and A&T manufacturing.
  • •Develop, maintain, and improve scheduling and dispatch system logic using Toolview/APF rules for optimized performance.
  • •Initiate and continuously improve PWF and A&T manufacturing methods, processes, and planning capabilities.
  • •Create, maintain, improve, and train on software, reports, and metrics related to A&T production line scheduling, dispatch, and planning.
  • •Lead or support site planning system enhancement projects, collaborate with site and network teams and other sites/cross-functional departments, and adopt AI-driven applications to improve efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and above in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Planning Management, Information Systems, Automation, Operations Research, or a related field.
  • •Experience implementing scheduling/dispatch for Assembly & Test in the semiconductors industry.
  • •Knowledge of inventory management, simulation, optimization, modeling, forecasting, automation, statistics, data mining, and database management.
  • •Familiarity with manufacturing planning/execution and systems/data structures, including ToolView/APF rules.
  • •Proficiency with tools and programming such as Microsoft Office/SharePoint, Python/Django, Tableau, Power BI, C#, VB/VBA, APF, MSSQL, and NoSQL (MongoDB, Hadoop, Cassandra).
