Support the end-to-end order operations process within the Sales Operations team by reviewing opportunity documentation, ensuring orders comply with procedures, and coordinating resolution of order form discrepancies. Facilitate signatures for legal and vendor documents, act as a subject matter expert for external marketplace orders, and provide daily ad hoc training and sales support for opportunity close. Contribute to testing, improve internal documentation, and help drive process improvements.
