Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and execute product design strategy for the team to deliver meaningful user experience and business outcomes.
  • •Connect user insights to business goals using a systems-thinking lens and frame problems while exploring solutions with partners across research, UX writing, PM, engineering, marketing, and data science.
  • •Design end-to-end, multi-persona flows across the Okta portfolio while ensuring users can work efficiently and stay secure.
  • •Ensure cohesive, responsive experiences across form factors (desktop, mobile web, dedicated applications) while applying accessibility standards and platform-specific patterns.
  • •Champion secure, thoughtful AI usage in the design process, including advanced vibe-coding for generative prototyping and presenting work to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer, with a portfolio showcasing shipped B2B or enterprise products.
  • •Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant work experience as a product designer.
  • •Proficiency with Figma, Miro, Balsamiq and/or similar design tools.
  • •Ability to incorporate AI into the design process, including iterating collaboratively with AI and documenting sophisticated prompts for scaled use.
  • •Strong expertise in designing responsive, accessible, and inclusive experiences across device types.
