Job Summary

Partner with your business unit to translate business strategy into talent, engagement, and organization plans. Own core HR practices including staffing support, talent development, performance management, employee relations, and employee disciplinary guidance. Coach and mentor business leaders, drive employee engagement initiatives, and serve as an ambassador for ByteDance’s organizational culture. Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition on headcount planning and interview support.

•Drive employee engagement activities and act as an ambassador for ByteDance organizational culture.
•Manage employee disciplinary issues and advise business leaders on how to handle each case.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of Human Resources working experience.
•Strong written and oral English.
•Comprehensive HR knowledge, with hands-on experience in employee relations and performance management.
•Extensive and in-depth knowledge of compliance and labor laws.
•Highly organized and self-sufficient.
