Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead UI/UX delivery for business applications and enterprise systems, including user research, information design, prototyping, and UI design
  • •Ensure UI/UX quality through deliverable review, design reviews, and schedule/budget management; support project execution with stakeholders
  • •Participate in proposal and business development by identifying needs through client dialogue and contributing to account growth
  • •Coach and mentor designers and support career development and skill improvement
