Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead high-impact initiatives across Decisioning Studio, including agent setup, creative and launch workflows, reporting, and services connecting UX to ML pipelines.
  • •Collaborate with Product, Design, and ML engineering to turn a fast-moving AI product roadmap into intuitive, reliable software.
  • •Build the full stack of the experiences, from dashboard UI down to APIs and services integrating the Braze platform with ML pipelines.
  • •Lead web application architecture efforts to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance across the platform.
  • •Mentor engineers and support teams implementing Braze’s AI solutions to enable customer success and effective collaboration.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of relevant experience with a strong track record of delivering impact.
  • •Comfort working full stack—designing data models, building APIs and background jobs, and owning a product surface end to end.
  • •Strong frontend development skills with TypeScript and React (Vue experience is a plus), plus testing discipline for reliable user experiences.
  • •Strong background designing and maintaining scalable web application architectures.
  • •Expert practitioner of agentic development, including building reusable skills/automation for AI coding agents and achieving above-baseline throughput without sacrificing quality.
