Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive GTM systems end-to-end across Salesforce (data model, integrations, automation), CPQ, lead routing, call intelligence, data enrichment, outbound activation, and scaled support.
  • •Build the applied AI layer of the GTM stack, including agents and workflows used day-to-day by the GTM organization.
  • •Build the outbound signal engine: signal ingestion, enrichment, play orchestration, attribution, and SDR-facing notifications for pilot plays.
  • •Operate GTM Engineering infrastructure including deployment pipeline, branching and sandbox management, testing standards, backups, and the AI dev environment (Claude Code, agents, skills).
  • •Partner with data science on the GTM data-to-action loop and drive adoption and measurement across the AI portfolio to deliver business impact.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in a customer-facing or GTM-facing technical role at high-growth B2B SaaS or AI companies, including Revenue Systems, GTM Engineer, or RevOps.
  • •Deep experience embedding AI into current workflows, with hands-on use of coding tools (e.g., Cursor or Claude Code) and enterprise agent tooling.
  • •Broad experience managing modern GTM systems including data enrichment, lead routing, sales engagement, call intelligence, chat, CPQ, and support, with Salesforce experience preferred.
  • •Strong system design and architecture background covering data model, integrations, automation, and tradeoffs between declarative and code-based solutions.
  • •Experience managing development environments and deployment pipelines (e.g., Gearset).
