Own end-to-end delivery for full-stack initiatives, including requirement clarification, solution design, development, testing, and production release. Key Responsibilities

•Own the delivery lifecycle from requirement clarification and solution design through development, testing, and production release for front-end and back-end.
•Design and build scalable, highly available backend services and APIs using Java (Spring Boot) with REST and/or GraphQL.
•Develop and improve front-end experiences using modern frameworks (React/Angular/Vue), promoting reusable components and engineering best practices.
•Integrate LLM capabilities into business workflows (e.g., enterprise Q&A, RAG, summarisation, classification/extraction) and help design RAG architectures (vector search, embeddings, reranking, permission trimming, caching/fallback, prompt management).
•Build and operate services on AWS and drive CI/CD with automated testing, monitoring/alerting, incident troubleshooting, and continuous reliability improvements; act as a technical owner and mentor engineers.

Key Requirements

•Solid full-stack engineering experience delivering complex features end-to-end.
•Strong Java skills with Spring Boot/Spring ecosystem, plus API design and service governance.
•Experience with modern front-end frameworks (React/Angular/Vue) and writing maintainable, testable code.
•Good knowledge of relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle) and SQL; familiarity with caching (e.g., Redis) is a plus.
•Experience with engineering practices (Git, code reviews, testing, CI/CD) and secure coding awareness (e.g., OWASP Top 10), plus understanding of LLM/RAG application patterns.
