Key Responsibilities

  • •Support a team of professionals to deliver traffic analysis, forecasting, safety studies, traffic simulation, and conceptual planning/design.
  • •Prepare plan sheets, specifications & estimates, technical memoranda, reports, presentations and other project documentation.
  • •Coordinate with other discipline groups within AECOM and with external clients and sub-consultants.
  • •Deliver assigned tasks on schedule and budget, adhering to AECOM quality standards.
  • •Independently perform primary design elements for engineering works and coordinate with Business Development leaders to capture project opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS and 4 years of relevant experience demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
  • •Preferred minimum 5 years of experience with an emphasis in civil engineering fields such as traffic control design, traffic studies, ITS engineering, traffic staging within Agency and DOT standards and projects
  • •Registered Professional Engineer or ability to obtain PE license in 6 months
  • •Good written and verbal communication skills
  • •Experience using Traffic and Traffic Simulation Software and design platforms
