Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day business counsel to the Savings and Marketing teams within the retail bank.
  • •Partner with Compliance and Risk advisors to deliver consistent support.
  • •Collaborate with in-house Retail Bank Litigation to manage product-related litigation matters.
  • •Manage and coordinate outside counsel and drive effective, efficient work.
  • •Review and enhance associate- and customer-facing policies, communications, and third-party relationship monitoring.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 182,500 - 229,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
  • •Active member in good standing of at least one state bar.
  • •At least 4 years of experience as an attorney in a law firm, in-house legal department, or government agency.
  • •Specific familiarity with UDAAP, Reg E, Reg CC, NACHA, UCC Articles 3 and 4, and BSA/AML/KYC, Privacy.
  • •Ability to identify and communicate legal risks to business partners and work effectively in a fast-changing environment.
