Operations Manager (80% Travel Required)

Lead operations within the Reconditioning Special Operations team, serving as an on-the-ground resource at Inspection Centers to support ADESA Megasite Integrations. Manage RSO teams and partners through departmental setup and training, ensure sites launch production with proper tools and processes, and project-manage key initiatives while on site. Oversee multiple reconditioning lines when not traveling, identify bottlenecks, run root-cause analyses, and drive facility performance against production, cost, and quality targets.
