Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Director, PROX Lead with planning, managing, and delivering multiple PROX transformation projects, maintaining plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and status updates.
  • •Lead structured reviews of GPSS workflows, SOPs, handoffs, country variations, manual workarounds, and employee pain points to simplify, standardize, and improve service consistency.
  • •Identify and prioritize AI, automation, workflow digitization, chatbot enablement, and self-service use cases; translate needs into business requirements, process flows, and adoption plans through UAT, go-live preparation, and stabilization.
  • •Track transformation progress and benefits realization by analyzing operational data, preparing business case inputs, dashboards, and leadership-ready updates.
  • •Support change management and capability building to drive adoption of new processes and digital tools, and manage PROX transformation resources to ensure execution quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Operations, Technology, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • •Typically 10–15 years of relevant experience in HR operations, shared services, global business services, transformation, process improvement, digital enablement, or program management.
  • •Strong understanding of HR operations, service delivery, case management, knowledge management, and employee experience.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives from assessment through implementation and adoption.
  • •Strong project/program management capability with milestone tracking, dependency management, risk management, reporting, and governance.
