Use a consultative sales approach and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles, identify financial needs, and recommend retail consumer and small business solutions. Key Responsibilities

•After a 4-8 week onboarding/education program, operate as a Retail Personal Banker I in a Financial Center role.
•Use consultative sales processes to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Maintain product/service knowledge and recommend retail consumer and small business solutions using the company value proposition.
•Proactively reach out to customers using CAMP and other approved marketing tools to set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Process teller transactions, support referrals with assigned business partners, and follow policies/procedures including confidentiality and ethical conduct.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry preferred.
•Comfort with sales activities to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
•Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•Must complete S.A.F.E. Act registration through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) at time of employment.
