Payment Operations Specialist - EMEA

Own day-to-day payment operations for a fully remote, multi-timezone team—reviewing incoming/outgoing transactions, monitoring payment activity for fraud and anomalies, and partnering with Finance, Risk, Compliance, Product, and Legal to resolve complex customer and operational issues. You’ll work with both customers and internal stakeholders, document and escalate suspicious activity, and help streamline and automate largely manual workflows as the platform scales.
