Job Summary

Support and grow environmental, health and safety (EHS) compliance services across the Northeast. Manage complex compliance projects and interpret federal, state, and local regulations for multi-media programs covering air, water, waste, stormwater, and related requirements. Prepare and review regulatory reports, permits, and corrective action documentation, interface with clients and agencies for inspections, and help with business development, proposals, and mentoring junior staff.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist on multi-media environmental compliance programs covering air, water, waste, stormwater, SPCC, EPCRA, TRI, RCRA, and TSCA.
•Interpret and apply federal, state, and local environmental regulations with emphasis on Northeast frameworks.
•Prepare and review regulatory reports, permits, compliance plans, and corrective action documentation.
•Interface directly with clients and regulatory agencies, including inspection preparation and agency interactions.
•Engage in business development and proposal writing, mentor junior staff, and support utilization targets while maintaining client service standards.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
•7 to 15+ years of experience in environmental compliance consulting or industry.
•Strong knowledge of U.S. EPA regulations and Northeast state programs (CT, MA, NY, RI, NH, ME, VT).
•Proven experience managing projects and client relationships.
•Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
