Job Summary

Support venue operations and day-of-show activities by working with venue leadership and/or an Operations Manager. Assist with setup and tear down of venue assets for events, perform preventive and general maintenance (painting, cleaning, landscaping, and other projects), and help keep the site safe by identifying issues and complying with safety regulations. Handle guest and staff inquiries related to shows, amenities, VIP programs, and seat upgrades, while following standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Work directly with venue leadership or an Operations Manager to perform day-of-show duties.
•Assist with setup and tear down of venue assets (chairs, tables, tents, signage) for all events.
•Perform preventive and general maintenance around the site and buildings, including painting, cleaning, and landscaping.
•Respond to or elevate staff/guest inquiries and concerns related to shows, amenities, VIP program, and seat upgrades.
•Perform opening/running/closing duties per Live Nation policy and diagnose/report safety issues and faulty operations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.29 - 20 hourly

Key Requirements

•Ability to handle multiple tasks/issues at one time with an upbeat attitude.
•Prioritize duties and use effective communication skills.
•Skills in guest relations.
•Ability to handle manual labor and long show days (up to 12 hours).
•High School Diploma or GED required.
