Key Responsibilities

  • •Work directly with venue leadership or the Operations Manager to perform day-of-show duties.
  • •Assist with setup and tear down of venue assets for all events and support venue setup/event conversions.
  • •Perform regular preventive and general maintenance around the site and buildings, including painting, cleaning, and landscaping.
  • •Respond to or elevate staff/guest inquiries and concerns regarding shows, meet and greet packages, amenities, VIP program, and seat upgrades.
  • •Perform opening/running/closing duties, circulate to maintain atmosphere control, diagnose/report safety issues and faulty operations, and comply with safety regulations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.29 - 20 hourly
