  • •Develops and executes business plans, forecasts, and performance reviews for downstream portfolios, driving financial discipline, timely corrective actions, and strategic decision-making through insightful analysis and forward-looking risk/opportunity management.
  • •Acts as a trusted financial partner to commercial and business teams, connecting financial performance to operational and market factors, supporting strategic decisions on margins, pricing, and volumes, and engaging senior stakeholders with clear, action-focused insights and executive-ready performance narratives.
  • •Develops financial models and data-driven insights to support profitability, capital efficiency, and informed decision-making across planning and operational cycles.
  • •Thrives in dynamic environments, identifies inefficiencies, and drives process improvements, automation, and a performance-focused culture, while mentoring team members to enhance agility, clarity, and decision-making effectiveness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline (MBA or professional certification such as CFA, CMA, CPA preferred).
  • •12+ years of relevant experience, preferably within Downstream oil & gas or market-driven industries.
  • •Background in Trading or market-facing roles is advantageous, but not essential.
  • •Strong commercial understanding of Downstream business drivers and value chains.
