Job Function: IT Operations (Systems/Network Admin)

Key Responsibilities

•Lead all technical aspects of the sales cycle for enterprise customers, from initial RFIs through RFPs/RFQs as required, including project management and active participation in POCs.
•Understand and translate customer technical requirements into solutions that outperform competitor offerings.
•Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers and partners in close collaboration with the sales partner.
•Position Fortinet solutions to customers remotely or in person using whiteboarding, technical white papers, technical plans, and customer discussions.
•Manage multiple deals and maintain accurate technical activity, contact, and account information in Salesforce.

•High aptitude for security technology, including encryption and authentication, with desirable knowledge of network security, intrusion detection, anti-virus, routing, switching, LAN, and WAN.
•CISSP accreditation would be beneficial.
•Experience in a pre-sales engineer role, owning end-to-end technical aspects of deals through technical closure.
•Proven problem-solving skills that contribute to key wins in the current organization.
•Ability to build and maintain customer relationships and communicate technical concepts to a range of stakeholders.
