Key Responsibilities

  • •Define architectural standards for Ivanti Endpoint Manager infrastructure (endpoint discovery, inventory, software distribution, OS deployment, and endpoint configuration management).
  • •Design and govern patch management architecture including deployment rings, maintenance windows, rollback mechanisms, and compliance reporting.
  • •Set enterprise architecture standards for SOTI MobiControl environments, including rugged device onboarding and lifecycle management patterns and device replacement/recovery.
  • •Partner with cybersecurity teams to establish endpoint hardening standards, vulnerability management strategy, security exception handling, and compliance enforcement for factory workplace devices.
  • •Own factory device lifecycle management standards for device onboarding, replacement, end-of-life, and asset refresh planning across shared manufacturing devices and warehouse terminals.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong expertise in Ivanti Endpoint Manager, including endpoint discovery, software distribution, OS deployment, patch management, endpoint configuration, and automation (preferably Ivanti Neurons).
  • •Deep knowledge of Windows LTSC and Windows Embedded platforms, including image engineering, kiosk/shared device architectures, lockdown, and application compatibility management.
  • •Proven experience with SOTI MobiControl and industrial mobility solutions, managing rugged Android devices, Zebra handhelds, Honeywell scanners, and warehouse mobility platforms.
  • •Strong understanding of endpoint security and compliance, including endpoint hardening, patch governance, vulnerability remediation, application whitelisting, Microsoft Defender integration, and compliance controls.
  • •Experience with software packaging and deployment engineering (MSI/EXE packaging, driver management, OS imaging) and hands-on automation/scripting (PowerShell, batch scripting).
