Customer Service Representative 1st shift $20/hr

Handle pricing, catalog-number lookups, and order details while answering product and service questions to drive incremental sales. Conduct customer sales and support at the counter and by phone, and guide customers on product application, features, benefits, and proper handling/maintenance. Triage and resolve product or service issues by diagnosing problems, recommending solutions, expediting corrections, and following up to ensure resolution as part of the T&O Commercial team.
