Key Responsibilities

  • •Prep vehicles for paint, including sanding, masking, taping, bagging, unbagging/tear down, and buffing.
  • •Use state-of-the-art tools in Carvana inspection/reconditioning environments.

  • •Support delivery commitments by working mandatory overtime when needed.
  • •Follow safety procedures and use required PPE during prep work.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 6 months of professional automotive prepping experience.
  • •Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
  • •Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with exposure to heat/cold.
  • •Use safety equipment and protective garments such as face shields/goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, and masks.
