Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver USV service in the NRW Nord territory and occasionally beyond, covering installation, commissioning, repair, maintenance, and retrofitting.
  • •Provide intensive customer support, including phone troubleshooting to determine the current status during disruptions.
  • •Perform error analysis and fault resolution, including repairs and maintenance of electronic components.
  • •Manage customer issues and handle warranty/complaint-related work, ensuring accurate documentation of all activities.
  • •Coordinate spare parts and independent field scheduling, and conduct on-site customer training.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed electrical engineering training with professional experience in electrical engineering, specifically in low-voltage networks up to 400 VAC.
