  • •Build Enterprise-grade AI Agents: partner with engineers and customers to build and ship AI agents that handle thousands of customer conversations a day.
  • •Engage with Customers: discover and assess requirements, demonstrate Sierra’s agent, address technical challenges, develop and improve Sierra virtual agents, become trusted advisors and drive strategic technical strategies.
  • •Shape the Product Roadmap: scope and implement new features with engineering and product development teams to ensure customer success.
  • •Communicate effectively: tailor messages for executives and diverse audiences, translating technical AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally: work with sales, engineering, and design to align on product priorities and customer outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •5-7+ years experience in product development of highly technical products.
  • •Past experience in Product Management or other similar product development roles at or above the level of Senior Product Manager.

  • •Ability to communicate highly technical concepts to both non-technical and technically proficient audiences, including recent AI developments.
  • •Professional fluency in both Spanish and English.
