Job Summary

Own strategic relationship management for assigned mid-market core private equity clients, serving as the primary point of contact and communication conduit. Develop and deepen multi-level client relationships, maintain account records, and drive revenue growth through consultative planning and cross-sell opportunities. Apply insurance product and program knowledge, deliver stewardship reporting, and execute a formal relationship cadence. Travel to meet clients in person and support client experience and retention.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the overall relationship with assigned mid-market core clients and develop multiple relationships within the client organization.
•Serve as primary point of contact and communication conduit; keep the client producer informed.
•Drive revenue growth on existing and new clients through consultative sales planning and cross-sell opportunities.
•Maintain accurate records of client/prospect contacts and products using account management software or other technology.
•Produce annual or semi-annual stewardship reports and implement the formal strategic relationship management cadence, including client feedback/grading.

Salary: USD 128,000 - 184,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in relationship management with face-to-face private equity (or similar) client experience.
•Exceptional interpersonal skills to interact with private equity and C-suite clients and build trust through effective communication.
•Elite project management, communication, and presentation skills, with strong organization and time management.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•Property & Casualty producer license and Benefits License (or ability to obtain quickly); bachelor’s degree preferred.
