Key Responsibilities

  • •Design end-to-end enterprise processes and capabilities across front-office and back-office systems, including redesigning workflows before automation and defining what AI vs deterministic automation vs humans handle.
  • •Serve as embedded application architect for changes to Salesforce, NetSuite, Zuora, Zendesk, and other platforms, designing for maintainability, observability, and total cost of ownership.
  • •Architect enterprise data flows across operational and analytical planes, including AI retrieval/grounding patterns, integration/data contracts, and privacy/residency/SOX-aligned data handling boundaries.
  • •Define platform and integration patterns across iPaaS (Workato), identity/access, secrets handling, and cloud services; design reliability/scale with non-functional requirements and disaster recovery considerations.
  • •Produce build-ready designs (target-state architectures, decision records, reference patterns), govern significant changes, and drive technical debt remediation and root-cause fixes through proof-of-concepts when needed.

Salary: USD 168,000 - 285,600 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Deep expertise in application and data architecture, with fluency across business process and using AI as an architectural lens.
  • •Hands-on experience in integration, automation, and applied AI, including retrieval-augmented generation, tool calling, and agent orchestration with safety/guardrails.
  • •Experience architecting core enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, CPQ, billing, financial, and customer service) with an emphasis on SOX compliance and upgradeability.
  • •Expert-level knowledge of data modeling, integration architecture patterns, and API design for enterprise systems, including ELT/ETL and reverse ETL.
  • •Experience driving architectural change through influence (architecture review forums, trade-offs explained to stakeholders) without authority over teams.
